Shipping & Return Policy

Online buyers- Jaclyn Duncan Music accepts payment via PayPal or Venmo and will ship to locations in the continental US via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping prices are posted on individual instrument pages. We ship within 1 to 3 days of sale unless otherwise notified. 6.625% sales tax will be added for all items being shipped to New Jersey addresses. 

We will accept returns sent via Priority Mail with tracking postmarked within 7 days of the item's delivery with the instrument in the same condition as when it was sold for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please note: Refunds will not be issued until the item is returned to our Lawrence Twp, New Jersey location.

**Please contact me for international shipping rates. No returns will be accepted for international sales.


Local buyers- Payment is accepted by cash, check (with ID for verification), credit card (transaction fee applies) or Venmo. NJ 6.625% sales tax applies for local sales.
