- Covers playability adjustments as diagnosed by a professional technician
- Does NOT cover accidental damage or cosmetic issues
- Local customers will bring item to our location for assessment
- Non-local customers are required to send us a diagnosis and price quote from a local professional technician. Depending on the diagnosis, we will either reimburse you at the quote provided or have you ship it back to us for servicing. Local repairs MUST be approved by us BEFORE servicing.
