Heather Teffenhart, Violinist
Heather Teffenhart has been a performer and
teacher of the violin and viola for almost 20 years. She attended The Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY
and graduated with a degree in violin and viola performance. She then started teaching at The Westminster
Conservatory of Music in Princeton, NJ. She continues to teach at The Pennington
School and maintains a private studio
out of her home in East Windsor, NJ.
Heather also has vast
performing experience. She has
performed with many orchestras and chamber ensembles. Such groups include: The Greater Trenton Symphony, Newtown Chamber Orchestra, Princeton Pro
Musica, The Princeton String
Quartet, Princeton Intermezzo and The
Riverside Symphonia. In November of
2001 Heather played the violin with The Greater Trenton Symphony in Carnegie
Hall in NYC featuring the actor John
Lithgow. She also went on tour with
Linda Ronstadt throughout the east coast in 2003. Along with performing with many orchestras
Heather continues to perform at many functions like weddings and parties.
