Open Hole or Closed hole Flute with Silver Plated "PH-5J" Headjoint, Silver Plated Body & Keys, B foot or C foot, Offset or Inline G, with or without Split E Mechanism (for more easily played "High E"), French Pointed Key Arms, and Pearl's patented "pinless construction". Considered an intermediate instrument.

Great flute for a flute player of any age! A perfect upgrade from a student flute as well as being an ideal low-priced flute for a sax player or adult beginner.

Flute # 1 - Pearl 505RE - $475

Open hole, offset G, C foot, split E mechanism, playing beautifully following a routine servicing and cleaning! 

This flute comes in a brown canvas case by Sky, with side pocket and shoulder strap. The thumb tabs on the zippers are missing (see photos) but these are easy to replace (right now it has a paper clip so it is fully functional!). Brand new hard shell cases are available for an additional $25 if desired. A current model, a Pearl 505 is selling new for $650.
