This flute's sound is superb! Before giving one of these a play test, I was entirely unfamiliar with the Trevor James brand (They are a UK-based company and are reportedly more widespread overseas than here in the US). Now having spoken to owners of these and having played them myself, I am pleased to report that they are a well built, reliable instrument with a great sound, smooth mechanism, and excellent intonation. These get my thumbs up!
