The Yamaha 'Allegro' series are upgraded versions of their intermediate level instruments (in this case, the Yamaha 475). These are higher quality 'step up' instruments are for the progressing student and will serve well for many years. The 575 has professional level features and qualities, but is still remains cost efficient. This model has many great features:

 - Made in Japan with Yamaha's signature quality and attention to detail
 - High F# key
 - High quality G1 neck (the same as their pro model)
 - Comes with a Yamaha 5C mouthpiece
 - Adjustable thumb rest
 - Beautiful gold lacquering
 - Includes cleaning and polishing cloths, cork grease, and a neck strap.

There are two (2) NEW saxophones available- they are 'new old stock' instruments- the only time they've been played is for a play test and the feel and sound great!
